Exterior Finishes
• Steel structure throughout the house, auxiliary metal structure in exterior enclosures. Collaborative slab of reinforced concrete and trapezoidal sheet, on an air chamber in a slab reinforced with injected foam.

• Exterior enclosure formed from the inside. It consists of 2 layers of laminated plaster, air chamber and auxiliary structure, for conducting installations (electrical and water), insulating sheet, mineral rock wool 80 mm thick, auxiliary structure and cement cladding, with mesh and monolayer finish of projected cork.

• Flat roof with gravel finish, waterproofing sheet and sandwich panel.

• Security grade 2 home access door.

These quality reports are subject to change depending on the country of manufacture, construction to be carried out or country of destination. For the moment for manufacturing outside of Spain it will remain the Quality Report used in Colombia.
